I just had an accident, what do I do?

If you have been involved in an accident, you will need to contact your insurance company and then contact us to get an estimate.

Do I have to use the repair shops my insurance company recommends?

No, you as a consumer can choose the facility you want to do the repairs on your vehicle; we work with any insurance company to pre-accident condition.

Do I need an appointment?

​

No, however, it can cut down on wait time, and we'd prefer that you give us a call to schedule an appointment.

How long does it take for an estimate?

The average estimate will take between 15 and 30 minutes for an inspection of your vehicle and collision estimates are free.  Hailstorm estimates are handled a little differently. They have a fee that is refundable if the vehicle is repaired in our shop.

What if I need a loaner car while my car is waiting for repairs?

​

Whether you or an insurance company is paying for a rental vehicle, our shop will gladly help you with arranging a rental car for you while your car is being repaired.  Our loaner cars are available on a limited basis.
